The first group to speak was Group 3, whose topic of discussion was healthy and balanced diet. Everyone in the group worked hard and contributed. One of the topics covered in the presentation was hoyou're eating habits mighimpactyour emotions, thoughts, and behavior throughout the day. A wide range of samples, including videos, were provided. They also talked about diverse ways to incorporate healthy eating habits into your daily routine without it being overwhelming. To summarize what was written in the PowerPoint Healthy eating is an essential aspect omaintaining a healthy lifestyle. It involves consuming a well-balanced diet that provides the body with all the necessary nutrients fooptimal functioning. In this essay, we will explore the benefits of healthy eating, the components of a healthy diet, and strategies to overcome barriers to healthy eating. Since I was a part of the group I gave some examples of healthy eating. A healthy diet consists of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein sources like poultry, fish, and beans. Fruits and vegetables provide essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber that are necessary for healthy digestion and immune function. Whole grains, such as brown rice, of , and whole-wheat bread, are rich in fiber and provide sustained energy throughout the day. Lean protein sources are essential for building and repairing tissues and muscles. Consuming a balanced diet that includes these components can help to prevent chronic diseases and improve overall health.

The second Group to speak was group 1 and group topic was based on the concept of paying it forwardPay it forward is an expression for when the recipient of an act of kindness does something kind for someone else rather than simply accepting or repaying the original good deed.   The presentation was highly informative and well explained. In the presentation they talk about how Paying it forward is a concept that has gained significant traction in modern society. It is a simple but powerful idea that involves doing good deeds for others without expecting anything in return, with the hope that they will do the same for someone else. In this reflective/ethical essay, we will explore the concept of paying it forward, its ethical implications, and the challenges and solutions associated with it. Not only do they talk about that but group 1 also includes information such as “Paying it forward is a term that originated from the 2000 movie of the same name, starring Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt. The movie tells the story of a young boy who starts a chain of good deedsafter his teacher challenges him to change the world. The concept has since become a popular movement, with people all over the world embracing the idea of doing something kind for others without expecting anything in return.” within this presentation they also included an interview that they had,   and it was highly informative. Another thing that was included was The phrase and concept inspired an award-winning 1999 novel by Catherine Ryan Hyde, which features a young protagonist who launches a pay it forward campaign. Hyde then established the Pay It Forward foundation, committed to spreading various acts of kindness around the globe. Her novel was adapted into a major motion film in 2000, further helping to make pay it forward a household phrase and inspiring Pay It Forward Day, April 28th, organized since 2007.

Group 2 presentation was based on  self-care this was one of the best presentationsSince I feel self care is something I over look this opened my eyes as to how important it is to care for your wellbeing and mental health in this slide they gave great information. I learned that Self-care is the practice of taking care of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life to promote health and wellness. While many people may view self-care as a form of selfish indulgence, the act of caring for oneself is an important part of a person's overall well-being. Many people do not fully understand what self-care means. Read on to find out more about what self-care is, examples of practicing self-care, and why it’s important for your mental and physical health. We need to take care of our bodies if we want them to run efficiently. Remember that there's a strong connection between our body and our mind. When we care for our bodies, we'll think and feel better, too. Physical self-care includes fueling your body, getting enough sleep, doing enough physical activity, and caring for your physical needs. Attending healthcare appointments, taking medication as prescribed, and managing your health are all part of good physical self-care.2"Exercise is a tangible instance where you can observethe payoff of your perseverance towards goal, "says clinical psychologist Sabrina Romanoff, PsyD. "You can push past the limitations of your mind and prove to yourself you may be stronger than you previously thought. This is one of the ways exercise helps with confidence and resilience."
When it comes to physical self-care, ask yourself the following questions to assess whether there might be some areas you need to improve: are all things that were included in the PowerPoint. It may seem that self care is nothing more than the latest buzzword or trend, but in reality, it's a commitment to ourselves, a promise to be part of the equation of our lives. We're feeling more comfortable, looking and having more energy when we optimize our selfcare. The benefits of quality self care, such as increased sense of worth and confidence, greater optimism depression, a good outlook for life, lower levels of anxiety and stress, are also associated with improvements in psychological health. The way we think and the things that we're filling our minds with greatly influence our psychological well-being. Mental self-care includes doing things that keep your mind sharp, like puzzles or learning about a subject that fascinates you. You might find reading books or watching inspiring movies fuel your mind.4Mental self-care also involves doing things that help you stay mentally healthy. Practicing self-compassion and acceptance, for example, helps you maintain a healthier inner dialogue.
