In the 3 power point groups that  presented their ideas on chapter 9,8,and 10, a detailed discussion on achievements, challenges, leadership and potential growth. Group 1, operating under tight time constraints, managed to exceed expectations, showcasing exceptional adaptability for a greater performance . On the other hand, Group 2 faced hurdles from a lack of organizational structure in their content, emphasizing the importance of a coherent framework.  group 3 also did a fantastic job comprehending each other’s slides, and building off one another . Nevertheless, it is essential to highlight the commendable efforts of all groups, especially considering it was their attempt at collaboration that made their PowerPoint presentation engaging .

Group 1's success can be attributed to their adept time management and strategic focus. Despite the inherent pressure associated with limited time, they harnessed their resources efficiently, delivering a presentation that not only met but surpassed expectations for the other 2 groups presentations . The ability to convey meaningful content concisely speaks to Group 1's cohesion and shared commitment to success. Their performance shows  the potential for excellence even in challenging circumstances.I especially enjoyed one of Slides, talking about communication, and how we And how we can communicate through values, Beliefs, body language,Speech and rituals.another topic that spoke out to me was about cultures how different cultures mix, and how we Are a diapers country we still Tend to stick to our culture in our hometown due to familiarities.

, Group 2 organization and coherence in their presentation. was a bit misunderstanding I felt as some did not know what they were reading, but try to the best of their ability so it disrupted the logical flow of their ideas. I believe that they could practice more of their slides to ensure a seamless and impactful delivery. Group 2's experience made my group work practice their specific parts. highlighting the importance of clear communication channels and understanding each member's strengths. Aside from that, it was very eye-opening learning about communications and groups. How partners come to understand each other and families communicate, and what dynamics works best for each other or if it’s in a professional field, whether zoom meetings or in person meetings work best, it was especially important because this class is an online class, so we get to understand different methods on how our class can run more efficiently. Group 2 just needs to evaluate their organizational approach, they can identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to ensure future presentations are more structured and coherent.

As been the lead leader, group 3, and our PowerPoint, being about leadership, I’ve noticed key details about the point that help me become a better leader towards my group a Valuating other group, pros and cons to help my group. Our slides talked about understanding one another group dynamics and what makes a good team this PowerPoint help me understand who works best with one another. Of when I need to Have characteristics of a formal leader, or informal leader.By adding little videos, made the PowerPoint be engaging always trying to find new and exciting things to keep the viewers engaged and my members engaged is very important.

 In conclusion, the evaluation of the three groups' PowerPoint presentations unfolds a narrative of success, challenges, and growth. Group 1's exceptional performance under time constraints showcases the potential for excellence in adverse conditions. Group 2's organizational lapses, while notable, should be seen as valuable learning opportunities contributing to their overall development. Group 3’s Understanding of one another Helped bring the true meaning of leadership and teamwork to a close. Collectively, the commendable efforts of all groups underscore the significance of collaboration and the continuous pursuit of improvement in group dynamics and presentation skills. As they navigate future collaborative the lessons learned from this experience will contribute to their growth and success.

Stephanie Larios   Theme Presentation Blog Group 3- Good Eating       I found this presentation to be slightly more difficult than the first. For starters, my group had less time to prepare for our presentation. Our theme was good eating, I felt as though it was a strong topic to build our project around. With good eating comes a lot of subtopics so we had a lot to branch from. I believe our presentation was well-rounded and engaging. The information in our presentation was incredibly useful for all walks of life. I think my group has great chemistry and communication skills, we’re able to work together well.      Our group recently discussed the significance of food for various reasons. Initially, it provides our bodies with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that're crucial for our health and overall well-being. A balanced diet containing a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats can help support our body's weight management and reduce the risk of diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer.
